“You can’t help but fall in love with Lynsay Sands!”
New York Times bestselling author Christina Dodd

Lynsay Sands—the perennial USA Today and New York Times bestselling author well-known and loved for her delightful novels featuring the Argeneau family of vampires—once again shows us another side with Taming the Highland Bride, the second in the wonderfully witty, supremely sexy historical romance series she kicked off with Devil of the Highlands. With Taming the Highland Bride, the incomparable Lynsaypays homage to the immortal Bard, William Shakespeare, as she delights readers with a tale of a smitten Scotsman’s determined efforts to tame his beautiful, hot-tempered fiancée, the notorious “Stewart Shrew.”

I wish I hadn't used my credit for this story. The narrator wasn't bad. I've heard worse. The story was depressing, with very little light heartedness. L.S. has written BETTER than this!

I find myself feeling the characters these stories so beautifully depict. So much so that while working and not being able to listen, I think about them and worry about how they were feeling the last time I was able to listen. Especially Mary, my heart went out to her! I’ve even got use to the narrator, who did so much better in this story. 5 stars all around.
