He is truly a teddy bear. The male narrator did a great job with the Russian language. I do have one complaint: the female narrator doesn’t control her voice and often does some weird high/low notes that didn’t make sense. Outside of that I loved Emilia/Tessa and her story. The twist was so good.

Been waiting for this one and totally worth the wait! Love how the Quinns and the Messinas made an appearance (classic Iseult, haha). Can't wait to read Aleksei and Fiona's story, you know there's going to be A LOT of tension between them :)

Really a great start to the series! I loved every minute of this one, no down time at all. It’s all here and it’s all action until the end: action, adventure, romance, steamy bits, mafia stuff, plot twists at the end! So great! The characters are fantastic: strong characters - and no annoying people in this story! The storylines were excellent and all were buttoned up extremely well, nothing rushed (it’s NOT a cliffy!!) And narrators were perfect! I can’t recommend this series enough! I’m actually listening out of order accidentally and it’s so great! Definitely recommend!

A lot of repetitive themes, I know it’s a romantic suspense but most of the book felt like she kept reminding the reader “he can find out any day!” It was almost built up too much. Male narrator was impeccable, female is more of a whisper talker and can be too dramatic at points.
