It has been shown that to make a diet, you have to start with a new way of thinking. Experts advise combining positive behavioral changes with the diet. This is used to help the mind conceive an idea of nutrition and change. The mind, like a computer, has internal programs that lead us to have preestablished results. These behavioral styles are often found at the subconscious level and are not fully perceived by the individual. So, it is impossible to have a diet when our mind is "programmed to maintain body weight".
