So I thought the first edition was amazing and really thought it was going to be hard to improve upon, but he did. If you are on any type of spiritual journey or are having issues with anxiety I highly recommend this book. If you practice the methods it can really help you eliminate most of your negative thinking.

Short, but powerful distinctions on the negative power and danger of overthinking. Book seeks not to give truth, but lead us to it and does a masterful job of this:)
