Had a hard time with the narrator just didn’t care for him at all. The story reminded me of another story I have listened to but I made my self finish it. I doubt I listen to it again.

This was one of the hottest dark obsession book I have ever heard. The narrator is the best with the sounds of ecstacy. Many men can read a good sex line with descriptions but this man can make the sounds. Making the sounds and noise for sound effects is on another level. I wish more narrators would do this, it really emersed the reader. I love the twist and realizations as well as good old karma. I never wrote reviews just rate, but I had to this time! 🔥🔥🔥🔥Please make more hot mm mmf books with this narrator! I love alpha males who take what they want.

This has been on my TBR for over a year. Why??? This was a quick little smutty read. I enjoy dark MM, so this was right up my alley. I believe the characters were fairly well developed and the story moved along. And the spice was SPICED 🌶️. The voice actor's performance was a bit uneven. He was solid in all areas, incredible in with emotion, but occasionally flat. I think that this book was stuck in the middle for me. It was a tiny bit too long for a novella and needed about two or three more chapters (Seb's & Dima's back stories) for a full novel. I really enjoyed and can't wait for the next book in the series. I'm becoming a bigger fan of Syn Blackrose.

Happy to see this released on audio, it was a very enjoyable listen. The author’s writing is a little clunky sometimes, particularly in dialogue with a lack of contractions (ex. I am instead of I’m) and word choices (ex. shall instead of will.) It just makes it sound a little stiff and less natural. If you’re new to the author it may impact your enjoyment upon a first listen if you’re picky.

That all said, this series and the Kozlov’s Bodyguards series are delightfully unhinged. I think the narrator did a great job capturing the chaotic and wild atmosphere that is the Koslov brothers lives. I personally loved these books so picking the audio up was an easy choice. Really really looking forward to Lev and Aaron on audio 😋
