This is a must listen for new parents. Raising a kid is never a perfect job, no matter how smart we are, we are going to make mistakes and every kid will be different. This book provides very well structured advice in simple language on how to us techniques such as Counting, Grounding or timeouts, without overdoing it or making a complete mess if you do not follow-through. This is not a theoretical book, the authors experience raising six kids shows through clearly. This is a must read for every new parent or every parent who is struggling raising kids. Highly Recommended !!!
