Nick's family has ascended. Now it's time to claim the North for the Noblefrost Kingdom.
With Nick's disguise and new tower, he now walks the Hero's Path. His Kingdom has grown, and the orcs and monsterfolk train for war.
The pilgrimage for the goddess is prepared, and their journey to Silverbrook about to begin. Once again, Nick will need to stay under the warlord's radar and rescue the city from Blackthorne's clutches.
The bandit warlord wants his Blood Price, and the threat from Shadowvale is ever looming. Can Nick be the secret hero Silverbrook needs and claim Shadowvale for his own, or will their budding kingdom come crumbling down from all the threats that besiege them?
Contains: LitRPG/Cultivation System, Tower Climbing, Kingdom Building, and loveable beastfolk girls with dating and romance.

For right now though, from my limited focus. As it ended I would have to say that the thing that probably gave me more of a critique. was that I was hoping to hear more about the Star Oni. and I mean before they were reintroduced to the story in like the last probably 3 and a half hours of the book.
I don't mean for things to sound negative. But I was just really hoping that after the way they were introduced after book two. That I would get more info about them at the beginning of book 3. Or at least more so in the middle. But it didn't really kind of hit myself as a listener back until the near end.
Although I definitely have to say that I really enjoyed how immediately after seeing Nick. That the oni princess girl basically got weak at the knees when he grabbed her hands. And how her dad started warming up to him. Along with my happiness that Nick was able to tell him, Myron, that he could revive his wife and several of their clan's fallen people from their souls like how he did Rebecca's mother.
I also enjoyed the awkward moments that happened that were funny too. like how Rebecca was definitely getting the vibe that her mom wanted to hump her new husband 😅. As well as how the oni princess girl got frustrated, angry and kind of jealous that Nick already had several wives as well as many potential ones back at Frosthaven.
Not to mention how she barely understood that it was more of a necessity rather than a want. but still cracked that boulder anyway 🤦🏾♂️😂. Like logically she understood just fine. emotionally though it probably hit her like a roller coaster. So as I said that was very enjoyable 😂.
and I can't deny that I'm very interested to see what this underground Kingdom of probably monster folk since seems like. And by the time they get through it Nick will probably have wife #9 or something in tow. Lol
in a bit of a side note as well, the concept of them being underground monster folk kind of reminds me of the game undertale. and that bit of nostalgia is very interesting. It also makes me think about stuff like the Hollow Earth from the monster verse movies with King Kong and Godzilla. Or other Underground World fiction stuff, like all stemming from Journey to the Center of the Earth as a basis.
Part of me is hoping that they'll meet some dwarven peoples down there or something. as well as this new interesting development with these vampiric wraith Frost Elf looking people coming their way. While the older sister seems incredibly strong, I have a feeling that Nick would not only be able to match her but also dominate her. Despite her concept being literal “superiority" over others 😳.
(The very idea seems like it comes from hard work as well as desperation and toxicity. Or it has those potential origins).
Which is likely a product of her upbringing and surroundings. Her brother seems like a bit of a goof but not too bad of a guy. As long as he checks his ambition. And hopefully gets himself a few wives of his own 🤷🏾♂️😂.
Overall I was actually very happy with it
