I love this book so very much! It has lots of great information for any level of reiki. I will purchase this book because it has sooooo many specific hand sequences for specific health concerns. I know I will reference it often not just for the specific sequence of hand positions but also for guidance on what crystals are best too. I have 2 other reiki books and wished I had this one instead. Thank you so much for this wonderful book!!!

I also liked Karen Frazier's Crystals for Beginners book, very much.
