Decent job of connecting the dots of the story “after”. No real discussion of what caused the EMP. Character development was ok. Fair amount of relatively common sense nonsense. And tell me how 6 months into a SHTF scenario are you still finding large amounts of bottled water and protein bars.

I really enjoyed that the gore amd violence was kept to a minimum. Some post apocalyptic stories are so violent and disturbing it takes away from the story but this was perfect...

This made me laugh out loud, cry and react in ways my coworkers assumed I was losing my mind... but no... just an awesome book and storytelling.

I loved this story!! Grace did a phenomenal job of developing characters and describing the new world. The storyline was very entertaining and I am honestly a little sad that it is over.
