Characters have the same revelation repeatedly, artificially extended the story past what is comfortable. Well written but ultimately unfulfilling.

I prefer the spellmonger himself as the central character in this series but it was a great book and I’m a big fan.

a bit boring at the beginning. but it cranks up nicely. give it a chance this book is pretty dope

I love that Terry includes multiple endings and now foreshadowing about the next book. But honestly I am more interested in the crops of sevendore than I am pentandra or Mins male apprentices. I could barely tolerate penny in book 7 and that's when you decided to start your foreshadowing trick. Sticking us with 35 hours of pen. With promises of a book 9 about Randal and tindle. Just get on with it. kill mins wife or dont. Whats going on in sevendore? luins ballz man let's do this thing.
