The number of 5 star reads/listens I’ve had this fall is definitely a new record for me, and All This Time was one of them!! Secret friendship coupled with brother’s best friend is an elite trope pairing, and Harlow wrote it perfectly for Fletcher and Laney. Their chemistry sizzled even when Laney claimed to hate him, so I just knew it would be off the charts once she finally stopped fighting it. 🥵 Fletcher’s protectiveness over her had me SWOONING and I loved the way he wouldn’t let her push him away, ultimately going from Lucifer to the love of her life. 🥰 This was spicier than I expected it to be and I was NOT disappointed!! 🫠 Brought to life by two of my all time faves, Samantha and Teddy, this was a great small town read. I can’t wait for more from this series!!

Welcome to Blossom Peak!

What a great start to this new series. The mix of the past with the present make a wonderful story. We needed to know what happened to Fletcher and Lainey to appreciate how they react together now. You know it's always been her for him with the way he wants to take care of her. Lainey tries to avoid "lucifer" after his return to town but when thrown together wedding planning how could she resist him. I just loved them together!

Also the audio is another winner! The narrator choices are always good with Harlow James' books and this book had two of my favorites; Samantha Brentmoor & Teddy Hamilton. You definitely need to listen!

Teddy Hamilton and Samantha Brentmoor did such an amazing job portraying Fletcher and Laney. Harlow wrote a beautiful story and Teddy and Samantha truly brought it to life. I felt every bit of their emotions, the frustration, the lust, the love through their voices. Plus they were able to voice multiple side characters with distinction. And I'm not sure anyone does a better kid voice than Samantha.

All This Time is full of emotions. There are several flashbacks where we see Fletcher and Laney in high school. Some misunderstandings caused a lot of hurt and lost years. Once Fletcher is back in town and Laney is forced to spend time with him, those old feelings come rushing back (were they ever really gone??)

I adore Fletcher. He has a great sense of humor, hasn't let fame get to his head, and wants nothing more than take care of Laney. So many sweet moments - he hacks into her glucose monitor to check on her 🥰 He had a rough childhood and you'll definitely be rooting for him. Luckily Laney didn't put him off for too too long.

The spice was definitely spicing! Fletcher has quite the dirty mouth and Laney holds her own as well. That scene in the bar? 🥵

This was a great way to kick off a new series. Blossom Peak is bound to be my new favorite small town. So many fun side characters - his friend group, her BFF and coworkers. I can't wait to read more of this series!

I'm a sucker for a second chance romance, and even though Fletcher and Laney didn't get to actually have a relationship 12 years ago, they did have deep feelings for each other. Samantha Brentmoor and Teddy Hamilton narrate this story in duet, and it was absolutely perfect. They both did such an amazing job bringing this story to life.

Laney has had feelings for Fletcher since he accidentally snuck into her room years ago. They built a friendship first and Laney was there for Fletcher during some really awful nights. When she finally got the courage to tell him how she felt, she didn't get the response from him she was hoping for. Then a misunderstanding turned Fletcher into Lucifer in her mind, and she fought the feelings she still had all these years.

Fletcher has wanted Laney for a very long time, but he made a pact with his best friend's, which included to never get involved with a sister. Now that Fletcher is back home for his best friend's wedding, his pull toward Laney is just as strong. He starts to wonder if they could find a way to finally make it all work out.

I loved seeing these two navigate their intense attraction, while also seeing Laney deal with her heartbreak that she suffered all those years ago. They once again became friends and then opened the door to so much more after All This Time.

I am loving this series so much already and I am very much ready for the next book. So happy to be in Blossom Peak.
