Tyra Juliette Schwartz is a children’s book author passionate about empowering kids to develop emotional strength and confidence. Her debut book, The Sky Is Red, was widely praised for helping children recognize gaslighting and manipulation while encouraging them to trust their inner voice, and her follow-up, My Boundary Balloons, has been embraced by parents and educators for teaching children the importance of emotional boundaries. Her newest release, The Mystery Seeds, introduces the concepts of inner happiness and self-validation. Before turning her focus to writing, Tyra spent years touring the world as a professional vocalist. During that time, she frequently visited schools to mentor students, helping children become more confident and believe in themselves. After becoming a mother in 2018, her mission became more personal. She began creating stories to help her daughter understand empathy, boundaries, and the importance of self-trust, and she is now sharing those stories with the world. Through her books, Tyra hopes to give children the tools to stand strong in their truth, develop emotional independence, and give parents the resources to begin these important discussions as early as possible.
