Lorena Franco, member of the Amazon Storyteller Literary Award 2025 jury, has hooked more than 450,000 readers worldwide. With 40 published titles, including her well-known thrillers with Editorial Planeta, she was a finalist in the Amazon Literary Award in 2016 with “La viajera del tiempo” ("The Time Traveler"), one of the best-selling books in Spain, the United States, and Mexico, followed by more time-travel tales such as “Perdida en el tiempo” ("Lost in Time"), “La memoria del tiempo” ("The Memory of Time"), and “El club de medianoche” ("The Midnight Club"), which made the author a leading figure in independent publishing. Some of her titles have been translated into several languages such as Polish, Czech, Italian, French, German, and English. In 2022 she was again a finalist in the Amazon Storyteller Literary Award with the novel “The Secret Life of Greta Leister" set in Redes, a coastal town in A Coruña, to which we return in 2024 with “Llegará la oscuridad” ("Darkness Will Come"). Some of her more recent projects are the Chloe Bennett trilogy, the current Audible original fiction produced by Audible Studios that starts with “El secreto de la señora Byrne” (Mrs. Byrne’s Secret), and the addictive six-book series “Los casos de Vega Martín” (The Mysteries of Vega Martín), which the author has alternated with standalone stories like "A House on Brenthouse Road". In 2026 intrigue and mystery do not stop with her new title, "The Bookseller", a highly addictive Domestic Noir that will also be released in English, Spanish, French, Italian, and German, also available on Audible.
