Glenn Harrold is one of the world’s most successful hypnotherapists and self-help authors. Over a 28-year career, he has helped thousands of clients, including many celebrities, and has sold over 10 million hypnosis and meditation apps, MP3 downloads, and previously CDs. Glenn has created more than 250 hypnosis and meditation titles, published through BBC Audiobooks, Orion, and his own company, Diviniti Publishing. His recordings have been streamed 50 million times across various streaming platforms, including 15 million on Spotify and 12 million on Insight Timer. On Insight Timer, he has 180,000 followers and over 100,000 five-star reviews. He has written eight self-help books for Orion in the UK and McGraw-Hill in the USA. His seventh book, The Answer, was released worldwide by Orion in January 2012 (hardback) and September 2013 (paperback). His first four Orion Books, De-Stress Your Life, Look Young Live Longer, Lose Weight Now and Sleep Well Every Night, were reissued by Orion in January 2019. Glenn’s latest book, Awaken and Ascend, was published in December 2025. His hypnosis, meditation, and mindfulness audio content continues to reach millions through his two flagship apps—Ultimate Hypnosis and Relax & Sleep Well—which have been downloaded over 5 million times and reached number one in the Lifestyle charts in over 50 countries on the App Store. Ultimate Hypnosis & Meditation also has a growing community of over 14,000 members. Glenn has appeared on BBC TV, BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio Five Live, Sky Sports, Channel 4, and in numerous British newspapers and magazines. In May 2011, he was made a Fellow of the British School of Clinical Hypnosis in recognition of his achievements in the field. Glenn happily lives on Portugal’s Algarve with his family and primarily works with clients and records webinars and interviews online.
