The voice actors were perfect for this book, it was well read. The story itself was very good in the beginning, it kinda got monotonous throughout the middle and end.

Don’t get me wrong, this was good and I enjoyed the audiobook, but I guess I was expecting more out of the storyline.

I just thought there would be more to the story… a death or two explained more…his uncanning similar description as another character of hers…maybe just a view as to how the daughters view of hwe mother changed….something… also, disappointed the audio doesn’t have the bonus chapter for Zade and Addie like the KU does. 😭

perfection! I love how into the characters the narrators get. they really embody whats... cough cough . . going on in the moment. the writing gives you 100% imagery.

Set in the 1940s so it has the nostalgia feel to it and it’s got spice and stalking and mafia. Loved listening to Gigis story. Now I need to do a relisten to the other books as well
