This story was super cute, little drama, and a monster who loves his sweet human. There were some extra spicy scenes so if that is what you are looking for, this is your book! I’d love if this story could be extended with more build up to the love and some more of their life together after the epilogue. I’d definitely listen!

So I didnt know what to expect when I went to listen to this one besides I heard it was cute/funny and I needed the with how my real world life was this week and it was perfect for what I needed. It’s a little rushed and doesnt go very deep with the connections/relationship-building like I normally like BUT I enjoyed listening and the narration helped immerse me in the world and laugh and smile a ton. OH and that cover is adorable and I am so tempted to buy a physical book because I love it so much ❤️

I loved the monster incorporation in this town, how they weren’t shifters, but they were more animalistic than I normally read with monster romance. I couldnt get over Atlas’ tail wagging, I snorted/giggled/smiled so much, especially when it had a mind of its own hahaha. So cute!! I loved how shy Tegan was but she went for it and got the gym bro to fall for her (I mean he was falling for her real quick anyway haha). I liked being introduced to some of the other characters in this series and am excited to see their stories (I hope they come to audio because I will eat them up too!). The working out vs baked goods caused a ton of laughs. I liked seeing his beast come out though and wished we had gotten more of that. I would have devoured more of this standalone, not gonna lie. Again I felt the end was rushed and they went to dating/being cute to like full-blown lust and breed/chase kink haha. Atlas is one of my favorite MMCs over the last year.

I really enjoyed this narration, one of my favorite in a while. That is the reason I rounded up with the overall rating (I would have given the story 4-4.5 just because of the quickness/flow towards the end). I have listened to a lot by the female narrator and I like to listen at 1.5-1.6X speed for her. I thought she captured Tegan perfectly! I laughed about her working out to make her arms stronger after the drop incident. And the male narrator has done some other audiobooks on my TBL and they just got closer to the top after his performance here. His tone is delicious and I could listen to him all day long. I liked seeing the two sides of him (normal and upbeat and then more beast mode with the full moon). I laughed so hard when it came to his tail and how he was like ughhh like begrudgingly accepting it was hitting things or making a mess haha. He was so swoonworthy and the cute attraction that turned to lust and then love was done so well by both of them. I went right into the next book because I am 100% a fan of this monster world 😍

This was the perfect short, spicy, and sweet read. I appreciate a plus-size FMC for a change and I love the body positivity message this book gives. It's a must-read for any monster romance fan. I mean come on how incredibly cute is this cover!! I read it on my Kindle but loved it so much I had to get a physical copy and audiobook. The narrorators did a fantastic job. I can not wait to read more books by Ashley ❤️

This book is easy to listen to and even easier to enjoy. Low stakes, lots of smut, fun tropes abound. Some bits are a little cringey, but I willingly overlooked them because everything else is super cute. I'm so passionately here for chubby gym girls and the monsters that love them. More of this, puh-lease.

Well wasn’t this just the cutest story ever! it was the perfect light and fluffy rom com with a sprinkle of extra spicy goodness!

The narration was fantastic and I devoured the audiobook, but honestly Jack Calihan never disappoints! This was my second by Stephanie Rose and I’m loving her more each time I hear her performances.
