The best thing you can do for your mindset, health and mental health is to not want or try to control everything.

Life life's people (including you) so to let things play out and in flow with the order of things is the way to go. It's better for you in the long-run.

Be detached emotionally from things in order to recalibrate yourself and stay present in the moment in order to be the observer, pause and reflect on everything in your life - both personally and professionally (whatever it is you're dealing with and processing).

Closed doors are like a cup of tea!

There are always doors and windows of opportunity for you. Some of those doors may be closed due to the fact that they're not meant for you (wrong people, toxic environment etc) or it's not the right time.
