A few years ago, Ella (22) was bereaved of her best friend and Amy (20) of her mum. In this episode, they reflect on their grief journeys and how they have changed from the first year of survival mode to now being able to look to the future. The conversation covers how their relationships with family and friends have changed, ways they honour their person in day to day life, and coming to terms with moving forward while still grieving.

Toby (20) and Iman (24) were both young carers for their dads from childhood into their teens, and discuss the responsibilities of caring for a seriously ill parent. In this episode, they explore their different grief journeys but also find plenty of common ground.
