I personally love this, I think his voice is perfect (I can be quite picky when it comes to Narrators).

I tend to have a very active mind when trying to fall asleep unless I'm extremely exhausted but this helps! if I stay focused on the scene/his voice etc. I find that I fall asleep alot quicker.
