In this episode, you get to meet someone whose mindset I genuinely admire. My mind is constantly blown away by the way he speaks and the depth he brings to even the simplest parts of life. He definitely took the reins on this conversation, discussing the many ways of viewing perception and interpreting the world around us. It’s a bit on the lengthy side cause my guy was yappinnn but there’s so much insight in what he says.

Beyond the depths of perception, we also chatted about our shared passion for mindfulness: yoga, journaling, and meditation, as well as our bond over connection and the essence of humanity.

In this final episode of my first season I talk about how incredible of a journey it's been over these past 4 months. I talk about my personal and podcast growth and how this project became something really special and meaningful in my life.
