A Facebook ad during the pandemic turned me on to Lucas Rockwood's Yoga Body College's Yoga Trapeze certification. Ever since, I've been fangirling Lucas Rockwood. His courses never disappoint me. This book exceeded my expectations. If you're interested in personal training, post-pandemic yoga or how to make a thriving business from online or onsite exercise (of any kind), I believe this book will help you. It's also fast enough to listen to or read in one weekday night. I listened to it on a long drive.
