I've come across plenty of content around money mindset. Affirmations, visualizations, manifesting abundance, and a lot of it feels like it's asking you to just think harder and believe more. This one takes a completely different approach, and that's what makes it stand out. The idea behind this meditation is that your relationship with wealth is typically seen only as a mental one. It's something your nervous system has been trained to expect. And if your body isn't comfortable with expansion, no amount of positive thinking will override it.
