True confidence—and how to cultivate the trust that makes it possible

• Practical steps to “leap into, smile at, and experience all of life”—even when fear is present
“For us to be of benefit to each other—in times of challenge or any other—we need to be able to tap into genuine confidence,” teaches Pema. Unconditional Confidence offers timeless wisdom and inspiration for developing this courageous skill for whatever life presents us.

Awesome recording I'd highly recommend. Wasn't a fan of the interviewer's breathy "trying to sound blissed out and chill" voice which sounded really out on. However she only asks a few questions & Pema's responses are so down to earth and awesome it doesn't really matter - it's becomes funny as to how genuine Pema in contrast :)

Loved!! One tiny quip

Here Pema Chodron gives her a personal interview at the end of the book about her past and how she came to be in Buddhism. She goes through here two meditations and one is very powerful. Here we learn about rooting ourselves to be flexible and preparing ourselves to be ready for the unexpected. I've been reading on old 'Earth' religions and they teach the same thing. I've found this technique very useful. Here you will find the information very useful and helpful.
