Storyline was good and narration was very well done. But the author's inconsistencies are distracting and annoying. From how long Angela's mother was missing; how big the age difference between the Rev. and his wife; to Angela having never received flowers before; etc., it's plain the author doesn't keep track of her "facts" or just doesn't care.

Lea Wait's Mainely Needlepoint Mystery books are wonderful! The setting is perfection and the characters are well developed. Christina's performance is excellent, and I loved every bit of it! I am loving the whole series!

Love the series and love the readers expressions and changing voices to emphasize the books characters. Love my cozy mysteries. Was waiting for the next in the series which I bought the other day so I needed to re-read this one to refresh my memory of the characters. Happy reading cozy fans. This one is a keeper.
