As a chemist and a physician, in my humble opinion, this is the best practical interpretation of what energy truly is meant to be.

The audio is from a speech or lecture, so it's not the cleanest recording in regards to background noise. The speaker also has an accent, making it more difficult to make out. I'm sure this depends upon what stereo or headphones you have, but I thought I'd give others a heads up. Now, I expected some 'how to' aspect to things, but that wasn't the format to the recording. The speaker told quite a few stories, illustrating the transformation of anger. I found the recording very entertaining and humorous. It made me smile and laugh, which is a first among all the Audible books I've listened to. While it wasn't what I expected, I did enjoy it and would listen to it again. It's really short, so it's suitable for a 45 minute to 1 hour drive.

Not what I expected, but enjoyable...

I can never get enough of Eknath Easwaran. This is a great little talk he gives packed full of funny stories, clever thoughts and unique insights packed into a relatively short period of time.
I'll always recommend Easwaran's work whether you're a seeker, a Yogi, a Psychologist or just a human being with a pulse. No matter who you are, Easwaran had the wisdom to teach us all something.

this was good, don't get me wrong, but based on the description I was expecting more than a quick intro on the idea of using anger to motivate positive action.

regardless it's well done, funny, and has a few good stories

Not a how to, more of an intro
