I received this audiobook free for an honest review. The love of and for two men has to be difficult for Jessica, a mother of 3, wife and lover. Jessica's life after her husband's death is very difficult for her and her 3 children. The part of the book that brought tears to my eyes was near the end when she finally realizes she needs forgiveness, not only from her dead husband but especially from herself. The narrator did a great job with the characters, their personalities and the story line.

The Promise by Aidèe Jaimes is a contemporary romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Felicia Palmer.

All I can say is Wow!!! Aidèe did it again! This story is so emotional and raw that I had tears in my eyes throughout this book. She does an amazing job making you feel all the emotions that Jessica and Cole are experiencing. Absolutely amazing series!

Felicia did an amazing job on the narration! She brought the story to life beautifully. I cannot wait to listen to more of her work in the future.

Aidèe and Felicia are an amazing duo.

I would highly recommend this book if you love Contemporary Romance, Women’s Fiction, or Romance in general.
