Picked this out on a whim, & so glad I did. At times it can feel drawn out, but it was worth it.

One family, one tragedy, one decision, many lives affected. Beautiful, and had me mad at times, then sad, then just exhausted. None of the characters believe in God and it’s mentioned several times, but by the end maybe someone should. This one is worth the time and kept my attention which is a difficult feat.

Loved this story from start to finish. Author did a great job and Hilary Huber is the best narrator ever!

I couldn’t stop listening to this audiobook. The storyline pulled me in right away, and just when I thought I had it figured out, it completely surprised me. The ending was powerful and left me thinking long after it was over. Easily one of the most intriguing listens I’ve had in a while.
