This author puts MSG back on the "good food list" and states she banned it in her first book because she was unknowingly a racist. Any author who basses their dietary advice on political ideology has no credibility. She has no credibility.

I teach Nutrition and I had friends tell me about this book, the original. This edition relaxes every rule that contributed to the plans effectiveness from the initial book. The author even apologizes for being white and fit in this version. She actually says in the book that sugar can promote health.
I found this book to be terrible.
