Marvin Tubbs has everything in life: a young, former swimsuit model for a wife, more money than he can spend, and a job that he loves. But what happens to his happiness when the world as he knows it comes to an end? When money has no value? When his wife becomes a target of lawless and dangerous men? Is it possible to survive the apocalypse? To still be happy? To live and love and laugh? Marvin is about to find out what’s really important in life.

Life for Matt Robbins has been rough. His wife left him. His daughter died. He has little money and lives a life alone. Despite all that, Matt is one of the happiest men on earth. He’s learned the secret to a successful life, and is able to smile even when life throws him pain that would take the heart of most men. But can he still be happy after societal collapse?

When enemies conspire to destroy America, Matt and Marvin’s lives cross in ways that make them both stronger. Together, they face the apocalypse, stare it down, and come out stronger and better in the midst of a world of pain and suffering. What is their secret? Read this book and find out more!

I can’t believe the numbers of times he interrupted his narrative with coughs and burps, and mumbling to himself. And he continually stopped and repeated during reading. Took away from the book.

Dude should never have narrated his book.
