I liked it from the beginning to the end, also the
historical facts, and that people are never perfect in real life

All the fantastic people in the story.

A sad story of the generational damage done without care or awareness. The story was long and meandering in places. Some early chapters felt like a simple dissertation of facts. But I am glad I listened to it. I would not say it hangs with Allende's best works.
Narration was great.

i loved it, I wish more guys read/listen this book, so much to learn about ourselves and others, and in the background are describing current events of the real world, history repeats itself and we don't learn...
