In 1604, King James I of England authorized that a new translation of the Bible into English be started. It was finished in 1611, just 85 years after the first translation of the New Testament into English appeared (Tyndale, 1526). This isn't the first work of Mr. Armenta's I've listened to. I was first introduced to his work via Youtube, with 'The Short Timers'. I saw a comment of his indicating he'd done some audio books and wasn't expecting to find the holy bible. It is well worth the spent credit for Mr. Armenta's voice alone.
