I can’t thank you enough for sharing yours with all of us. The way you make life changing habits so easy is truly remarkable!! I used to loath my body, always wonder how I looked from behind, worry someone would notice my double chin, or take far too many selfies to get the perfect angle. I used to even get angry uncomfortable when I thought people were noticing me and I might look like I don’t know what I’m doing.
You helped me change all that! Instead of seeing a double chin or belly, and hating it, I just see a part of my body that I can change if I want to. Those parts of me, aren’t who I am, and they definitely don’t determine my worth.
