I loved this book! I’m a huge fan of Jack Carr and MP Woodward and an even bigger fan of Ray Porter. This book did NOT disappoint! I hope there’s a 2nd book coming out sooner than later!

Ray Porter is the GOAT narrator.

This book is similar to The Terminal List in a lot of ways but still unique. Chris Walker goes into New Orleans, kicks a hornets nest and then kills all of the hornets. It’s a lot of what you’d expect from Jack Carr with a dose of philosophy mixed in and I loved it. I can’t wait for the next Chris Walker book!

First, to hear Ray Parker’s voice again, what a treat. He is such a skilled performer and I’ve loved listening to every word so perfectly performed with the most subtle nuances. Second, Mr Carr, you’ve done it again. I listened every moment I could and was also totally engaged. This new character is fascinating and I have a sneaking suspicion we haven’t heard the last of him. You led the door open and I appreciate that.

Story is so over the top but still was a good read. Not for everyone as the violence is quite graphic. The ending is totally unbelievable but it fits in w/ the whole storyline. If you need an escape from reality & want to feel good about the bad guys getting their butts kicked. this is for you!

Jack Carr and Ray Porter knock it out of the park again! This book is fantastic! I like how Carr and Woodard make this book more of a crime thriller! Great story from start to finish and the action is great!
