The steps provided, along with the stories shared, in this book filled my heart. Andrea does a great job of portraying the relevance that Elijah has to modern life. She shares her own story of how God worked through some of the most challenging seasons in her life while also providing steps to take Biblical, God-honoring rest. The exercises and challenges at the end of each chapter provide a great framework for evaluating my own life and acknowledging the season of life I am in to help me make decisions about the future. Overall, it was a great listen and I enjoyed the insights and wisdom in this book.
