"You were on your way home when you died. It was a car accident. Nothing particularly remarkable, but fatal nonetheless. You left behind a wife and two children. It was a painless death. The EMTs tried their best to save you, but to no avail. Your body was so utterly shattered you were better off, trust me. And that’s when you met me."

A short story about the universe.

It's an interesting piece of philosophy, but wasn't anything super ground breaking. It's worth a listen if you like the author.

Worth the $2

I had high hopes reading all the nice reviews but was let down here. Yes it's thought provoking but it's not worth $2. RC Bray did another fantastic job as did Andy Weir for that matter. I respect their contribution to entertainment but I just can't believe I spent $2 to listen to an 8 minute story.

it is a weird short blurb. I don't know if I liked it or not.

I had no idea what to expect from this, but I loved The Martian so I thought I'd give it a try. Although it's something utterly different from the bestselling novel, I found it a worthwhile listen. This short story presents a concept of life-after-death that I hadn't encountered before, and one that is very thought-provoking: if you take it to heart you might need to adjust how you interact with other people.

A fascinating concept.
