This book Freakin’ pumps me up! I’ve been on a journey, with Gino as a mentor (through his books, videos, and a handful of conversations) for the past 6 years and this book hits the hardest regarding Gino’s ability to paint a picture of living your IDEAL / DREAM life.

As an entrepreneur, of course I want to achieve financial and time freedom success....but this book gives me a set of tools and a mental bar to check myself on personal/life success.

Normally I would have set a goal. But I had just finished Traction. So when I went to set a goal for weight loss I rethought it. And instead of setting a goal of 175 lbs, I set a vision of a healthy skinny body. After that I set a goal of 175. Then 165. Then 155. Now at 157 and probably need to set next goal of 145. If I wouldn’t have created the vision I would not have set the additional goals to take my body back. I recommentbTraction and EOS to everyone. Even if they are not an Entrepreneur. It will hel you achieve your life VISIONS. Goals fall away. But Visions stand until accomplished and then are easily maintained. For humans only.
