This is a great series. In this book like the last one gangs are stealing and getting everything they can. Mary, Ann and James is some of the main characters. There trying to get out of town. There is a lot of very bad, rough things in this book. It goes with the storyline and makes it believable. Some people got killed that I was hoping would not. The gang led by (T Dog) is as mean as anyone ive seen. They try to take the farm at the end because they have food. This brings on one very big gun battle. I am starting to really like this genre. I especially like this series. Cheryl May does a great job narrating this book. If my review is any help will you please click on the helpful link below. Thank you.

I loved that the strong female lead character was believable (I know a lady similar to this woman in real life!), the story line was mostly believable, and, since I listened as an audiobook, the narrator did a great job of altering her voice during conversations to help you know which character is speaking. I enjoyed this book enough to listen twice…ps most of the EMP series books have a lot of typos, but since I didn’t read the print version, I cannot comment on that (print errors usually make me drop a rating down one star).
