I purchase this one as it was highly rated fro a new book but I dont understand why it was so highly rated. I felt no real connection to any of the characters and felt like I was just going through the motions.

It was very predictable and a chore to finish

I found the story intriguing if a bit confusing at first. A lot of times, present and past, and quite a few characters and their stories to keep track of. If you’re looking for an easy listen while you’re doing house or yard work, this might not be it. But if you’re willing to give it your attention, it’s a good mystery.

A Little Confusing at First

Richard Montanari And Scott Brick what more can u ask for. This is a tuff review the confusion, so many characters. My memory is not like it used to be I did a lot of notes I mean a lot. The story was very interesting to say the least. It goes all over the place make sure u have time to listen to this one. I have listened to all of Montanari Audible,s through in Scott and you have a wonderful Liston. More Richard and Scott please. Good stuff 👍

I liked the fact the one of the main characters was a person of color and the other was not. It was mentioned and that was it. It did not affect the story. It was refreshing to read and showed it matters not. I didn’t find the story on the edge of your seat thrilling. It was a ? Mystery. It was a quiet way to pass time.

Interesting Story & I applaud the Author
