Doctors at leading institutions across the nation have been investigating the relationship between breast cancer and diet, uncovering amazing insights. The research confirms that what a woman eats can have a dramatic impact on whether or not she contracts the disease. In The Breast Cancer Prevention Diet, Dr. Bob Arnot has synthesized this research into an eating program that enables women to fight back. Specifically designed for women, this resource offers valuable information about foods, vitamin supplements, and drugs that will help women take control of their bodies and their futures.

As a Breast Cancer survivor I really appreciate having all this scientifically based Breast Cancer information on how to eat (using food as preventative medicine) to protect against a reoccurrence. However I wish I’d known all this sooner so I could have prevented this in the first place! Thankfully this book is not simply a list of things to avoid. It is full of all the good things we should be eating more of, and healthy options to give your body the best possible chance at a long healthy life. It is not just cancer survivors who should be following this type of diet. I believe we all should and could benefit from eating this way through out our entire lifetime.
