This story is imaginative and extremely well written. I was hooked from the beginning and couldn’t stop listening. This is a shifter book that has excitement, intrigue, mystery, murder, suspense, and a little romance.It’s definitely a must listen. I enjoyed the story immensely and very much recommend.
The narrator does a very good job With the characters and the voices of the characters making it easy to distinguish between them. This narrator has my attention and is going to be add to my favorites list.

This was better than I expected and I love when that happens! It has a very good storyline and wasn't so far out there that it was totally unbelievable. Not full of a bunch of silliness. Clean too, without the foul language and sexual situations. This is a great start to a series! I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher.

Very good young adult book

This is listed as a young adult novel, but I (a 72-year-old) enjoyed it thoroughly. The story of Cody, whose life seems to be ruined when he discovers he's a werewolf at the age of sixteen, is full of twists and surprises, yet it flows smoothly. The action is fast-paced and the characters, including the minor ones of Grandpa Earl and Ef the jock, are well-rounded and believable. Cody and Brittany are sympathetic and realistic teenagers. Smolen makes their paranormal adventures seem real. Danny Randerson's reading is also excellent. He uses different accents, intonations and timbres to make the characters come to life. I started listening to it in my car and didn't want the drive to end because I'd have to pause the book until I got inside. Highly recommended.

I loved reading this book. I spend a lot of time looking for good werewolf books with audio and I think I just found my new favorite series.
