Some possibly triggering talk around weight towards the end of the book. Not terrible, but worth a mention.

I just finished this book and cannot say enough praise for it! The author weaves her way through her story of her own experience with alcohol dependency in a real and authentic way. It’s very funny at times but not in a manner that lightens a very serious subject matter. Then the author delves into all that one needs to know about the real effects of alcohol use and what happens after she takes the leap to a non drinking lifestyle! The narrator was on point with her Irish accent that is so enjoyable to listen to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Bravo!
