Book Three of the Still Small Voice Trilogy

Dead Volkswagens, cheating carhops, unused oven mitts, Job’s friends, burned Barbie™ dolls, hip waders, horse whips, twenty-two talks, dozens of stories, hundreds of scriptures and testimonies, one purpose: that you and I can “come unto Christ, and be perfected in him, and deny yourselves of all ungodliness; and if ye shall deny yourselves of all ungodliness, and love God with all your might, mind, and strength, then is his grace sufficient for you, that by his grace ye may be perfect in Christ; and if by the grace of God ye are perfect in Christ, ye can in nowise deny the power of God” (2 Nephi 31:19).

The Still Small Voice Trilogy is a collection of talks given in a variety of settings and capacities in the LDS environment over the past 40 years, relevant to any follower of Christ, Mormon or not. Topics include faith, repentance, baptism, obedience, scripture study, fellowshipping, gratitude, education, idleness, service, families, humility, prophecy, listening, broken hearts and contrite spirits, journals, salvation, adversity, testimony, hypocrisy, agency, leadership, friends, mental health, money, self-reliance, reverence, parents, temples, kindness, righteousness, revelation, sacrifice, hope, the atonement, the Holy Ghost and hearing that still, small voice in a high-decibel world. Through them all, uniting them all, however, is a testimony of and witness for our Savior, Jesus Christ.
