Wow! I don’t know why I waited so long to start Taming 7. I should have read it back when I read the others. It definitely didn’t disappoint. Clare and Gibbs were adorable. I think they could be my favorite couple with Johnny and Shannon. I loved how strong their friendship was since they were kids. The love they have for each other is unbreakable. Seeing what Gibbs went through broke my heart and I loved how protective Clare was. I also loved how all the other characters were incorporated into the book, especially Shannon and Clare’s relationship. Can’t wait to see what happens next in the Boys of Tommon Series.

A fantastic story! Taming 7 was written so well. I laughed and teared up. Gibsie will always be my favorite. A character who wore a mask to hide his true feelings.

I’ve always loved a good friends-to-lovers story, and this book delivered it amazingly. Claire and Gibsie have carried feelings for each other since childhood, and seeing them finally act on those feelings was incredibly satisfying. Their love story felt precious and pure—a bond nurtured over time that blossomed into something truly beautiful.

Gibsie is such a deeply lovable character. I just wanted to reach into the pages and hug him—to ease his pain and help him heal. He was battling inner demons, and when his past was finally revealed… I was in pieces. Completely and utterly shattered. The emotional weight of his backstory hit hard.

And just when I thought Shannon’s dad was the most detestable character ever—Mark shows up. That man is pure evil, and I hope Chloe gives him exactly the punishment he deserves.

Claire, as always, is a sweetheart. I’ve admired her from the beginning for being such a loyal friend to Shannon. But in this book, she shines even more. Her love for Gussie was unwavering—she was his partner in crime, the yin to his yang, his true soulmate.

Yes, she made a mistake revealing the truth about Caoimhe. It was wrong, and it had consequences. But it didn’t come from a place of malice, and she clearly carried guilt for it. She suffered too—and I felt that pain with her.

As always, the friendships in this world are everything. My sweet Johnny—how he hurt for Gibsie. He stood by him through the worst, supporting him unconditionally. He’s the definition of a true best friend, and I love him even more for it.

Jacqueline Milne and Matthew Forsythe did a phenomenal job with the narration. The emotional highs and lows in their voices made it feel like they were living the story themselves. Their performance pulled me in completely—I couldn’t stop listening.

This book was emotional, raw, and deeply moving. I don’t know what’s going to happen in the next books, but I’m here for it. Rooting for Chloe and the amazing world she created.
