Absolutely delightful story. I love the characters (Sonny and Magnolia (Maggie).). This story is wonderful….there is love, family, friends and some angst in it. It is a very believable story. Sharon Sala is a very good author and I own every book she has written. Also the narrator of this book is great. He made you sit up and really listen. He brought this story to life. Thank you Sharon Sala for another Best Seller.

The story is wonderful. I also read the book. That being said, the narration was awful. Almost stopped listening because of it. No inflection on voices and the stilted way he speaks as Sonny grated on me. A different narrator would have made a world of difference.

Sharon Sala never disappoints. She writes with such class. I love the way she portrays love scenes without the explicit sex. The story always flows without times of boredom. This book is no exception. I can't wait for the Book 2 release in December. This is a first listen by Tor Thom and I enjoyed every minute. Good job!!!
