Ronnie Coleman, rushing to get ready for her first day on the job in a new town, is interrupted by a deep voice calling the wrong number. Her irritation is smoothed over when Mystery Man calls that evening to see how her day went. Ronnie enjoys their conversation and the texts they share over the next few days.

Kevin Klein is taken by the alluring voice on the other end of the wrong number until he discovers that voice belongs to Ronnie—the woman who argues with him every chance she gets. He decides to keep this information to himself while planning several chance meetings. After they’re caught under the mistletoe, both feel a spark they can’t deny.
