I have read every one of your books ( all are five star) you haven’t had one out in a while, I was so looking forward to this. This was simple, unexciting, predictable and boring. I hope this isn’t an example of any future books. What happened?

I erroneously thought the book was published in 2025 not just the audio version. I like many of the authors books but this story was slow and felt unbalanced. Too much space wasted early on and too little spent on more intriguing plot lines. I would not recommend.

This was a great book. Second one I’ve listen to by this author. I really love how well the characters were developed and the storyline kept me wanting to keep listening.
