What happens when an Olympic athlete and a young divorcée start their new year together? One hot night, lots of laughter, and a little surprise.

One night. That’s all I wanted: to start the new year on a good note and forget about the chaos last year brought.

Enter Ryan. With his dark eyes, panty-melting smile, and sinful body, he’s the perfect distraction.

When I’m left with more than just the spell-binding memories of our night together, I’m positively freaking out. Things get even more complicated when I find out how our lives are already intertwined.

Will I be able to keep our connection a secret while we get to know each other, or will this whole mess blow up in my face?

Secret Plunge is a fun and sexy sports romance and the first book in the Kings of the Water series. All books in this series can be listened to as standalones.

I’ve devoured this book! Her characters are highly relatable in the most realistic ways. The chemistry of her main characters is so off the charts it’s highly combustible. I’m hoping to hear more from Ryan’s best buds too. I have a feeling their stories will be worth the wait! If you love a good romcom, I suggest you pick up all of her books. She will have you swooning so hard!

My biggest gripe with the book is the narration. “Ryan” wasn’t bad at all but “Harper” sounded like a 45 year old. I was expecting a young fresh vibrant voice. The narrator sounded old and ridden with anxiety which is not consistent with the character. Idk, that really annoyed me. Asides from that, the story was typical and a little boring. No resistance, drama or action. Definitely some missed opportunities for more action or drama in the book. Overall 3 stars..

It was okay…. Plenty of missed opportunities to be better

Love the story! It’s just a feel-good book. Excellent narration by Aiden Snow, as always. The female narrator was new to me, but also great.

Great book!

on this trope. I did like the development of their relationship. I did wish we got more of an explanation about the ex's actions but overall it was a good listen with good narration.

Interesting take
