I am a huge fan of the sentenced to war books. this is not them. They are unique and not just rehashed plots and characters from that other series if you aren’t listening to these. Then you suck :-) and you owe yourself to get started. They really are great.

Well-written and enjoyable military sci-fi; even better than the first book. The team of the undead start to execute missions and experience more deaths as a result. Their enemies start to learn from humanity's tactics, and become aware of this clandestine reanimation program. However, intrigue brings the war to their homebase, and this forces the command to initiate some significant changes and evolve the program.

I loved this series! It's a refreshing twist to your typical undead zombies and alien vs military scene. Don't get me wrong, I'm all about the flesh eating, apocalyptic story line! But don't turn away from this series if that's also your gig because this one was really fun!
