The enemy of my enemy is my… husband.

When my father died and I stepped into his shoes as leader of Enigma, I vowed to protect the gang he’d built. And I won’t break that promise—no matter what I have to do to keep it.

So when a mysterious attacker targets our territory, I swallow my pride and propose an alliance between Enigma and the Princes of Carnage, a biker gang led by Nico Morelli. We’ve been rivals for years, but his territory is under attack too, and we’ll have a better chance of defending ourselves if we work together.

Except Nico doesn’t just want an alliance. He wants a guarantee that I won’t turn against him, so he proposes something else.

A marriage.

Now I’m wearing my enemy’s ring and living under the same roof as him and his two best friends. Atlas, the tatted up biker who seems to hate me and crave me in equal measure. And Killian, the silent 6’6” wall of muscle who never says a word to me but seems to notice everything I do.

All three of these men are as savagely beautiful as gods, with black hearts and bloody hands. It should be easy for me to hate them. To remember that this is just a business arrangement.

But when Nico touches me… when Killian watches me… when Atlas protects me…

Everything I thought I knew starts to unravel.

This omnibus contains the complete Pretty Ruthless Monsters series, a dark enemies-to-lovers romance. It includes high steam, violence, and foul language.

I never thought I'd say this: too much sex. The sex scenes were great but it was chapters-long sex every time you turn around. Although some scenarios were a little hokey overall the story was great. The characters were engaging. Decent narration.

Great plot

Honestly, I would recommend you listening to each and every one of the series that she has. I have read four of them like this and they have all been incredible.

Insane series

I truly enjoyed this suspense filled story or criminal rivals -turned partners / marriage of convenience + more. But dang do they forget they are not rivals way too often. Sometimes it results in the hate/love and sometimes it’s in the hate/hate way. I do wish the narration was in duet or something- because some of the male parts really pulled me out of the story. But overall I enjoyed.

These are just my initial thoughts. Quinn is impulsive & psychotic. She loves to physically challenge men, but only men she doesn't think will harm her back. My thought, if it's not self defense, if she can dish it out, she can receive it right back. Then she wonders why her "husband" didn't get mad when she had relations with his best friend, although we knew it would go that way, that was dirty...cheating is cheating, male or female. He allowed her to continue because she was a toss up to his friends. He didn't mind sharing because his relationship with his friends surpassed his marriage of convenience, though I'm sure they will throw in the word love somewhere down the line. Why-choose with cheating irks me. But, it's fiction, frustrates me everytime. Narration is good. Action/Mystery/Betrayal is good. Lots of spice, probably over the top.

Book 2: I was happy to see that she developed a backbone when it came to the three guys...but, it quickly went away. This is why men think women can't be leaders, her defensiveness was misplaced, it shouldn't have been directed towards her crew. She allowed her carnal desires to rule her instead of her brain...they just ran all over her. Still impulsive & overly emotional. Her decision making was compromised. Dangerous person to be in charge.

Book 3: FMC still irrational. Leadership questionable. Tired of the rough s3x, fastfowarded to the action/plot. Need a break from this book, frustrating. Quinn is ANNOYING. Will try to finish later.

Book 4: DNF
