Too bad the book was ruined by the narrator - I had to stop and take breaks from her grating, childish voice. Publisher needs to spend the money and re-record.

I would recommend only the written book - avoid this amateurish performance.

Considering that I've just left a narcissistic marriage, it was as though I was listening to a reading from my journal. I thought it was quite informative, but I could do with out the explenatives.

A handbook to help you recognise, realise and get the hell out of any narcissistic relationship of any kind. Must read/listened to. The narration by Anna Butterworth is an easy and comfortable one. Thank you A B Jamieson for this book. 👍🏼
